What is positive psychology?

It's essentially the scientific study of wellbeing and what helps you to live your best, happiest, and most fulfilled life.

 

By emphasising our individual strengths, talents and resources, we can intentionally increase our happiness and optimise our wellbeing leading to increased productivity, more resilience to stress, a more altruistic approach to helping others, and it can even lead to a healthier and longer life!
