Amongst the constant rush, stress and noise of today's modern and busy world, feelings of stress, overwhelm and burnout are more common than ever.  As we navigate life challenges, growing demands on our attention, and living in an increasingly disconnected world, it's easy to lose sight of what a calm, balanced and joyful life looks like. But it doesn't have to be that way; you can find your way home to yourself, you can heal, improve your wellbeing and feel happier. 

 

​Inspired by supporting women to do just that, this is a space for healing, growing and thriving. A space for you to slow down, balance mind and body, and become the architect of your own wellbeing.  

 

Blending modern wellbeing science, positive psychology, and ancient healing practices, I will guide you to balance your nervous system, ease stress, and cultivate a new sense of inner peace, wellbeing and joy.

Hi, I'm Pamela

Positive psychology coach, meditation teacher, and integrative healer, dedicated to helping you live with more peace, balance and joy.

I believe that our wellbeing is so much more than just nutrition and fitness. It’s a state of mind, connection, experiences, healing, growth and self care. It’s about finding wellness practices that work for you, developing a core of calm, cultivating joy, and building resilience so that you can flourish and thrive in todays modern and busy world.

And so Calm and Well was born - a space where I share all the knowledge and tools I know, from ancient practices to contemporary scientific approaches, to help you slow down, tune in, and cultivate a life well lived.
