With two decades experience as a business owner I know first hand the challenges that face both business owners, and employees, which is why I devised a series of wellbeing workshops designed to support leaders and teams to thrive. Blending the latest research with evidenced based strategies and my background in business, I will show you inspired and practical tools to reduce stress, build resilience and get more done in less time.
