Information

These menopause yoga workshops are designed for woman going through perimenopause and menopause to come together, gain fact based information on what is happening during the menopause, what symptoms may occur and why, and gain a toolkit of techniques to help manage the main symptoms so that you can feel empowered and supported. 

This workshop focuses on managing anxiety, insomnia, overwhelm and brain fog that can often be experienced during perimenopause and menopause.  We will look at why these symptioms can occur and what we can do to alleviate them. 

You will experience yoga poses, breathing techniques and wellebing tools and techniques to help manage these symptoms.  My intention is to leave you more informed and feeling rested with a renewed and inspired approach to your self care during menopause.

WELLBEING TALK AND WOMENS CIRCLE

In this wellbeing talk I will share symptom specific information, offering you tools that can support you followed by an opportunity to discuss and share symptoms and experiences in a supportive environment (participation is entirely optional) 

YOGA FLOW

A restorative and menopause specific blend of yoga and breathwork practice. 

Suitable for beginners.

CLOSING CIRCLE AND FAREWELLS

As we close I will share more resources and opportunities for menopause support before we say our farewells.
