Join myself and Rebecca (B.Outside Forest School) for a morning of nourishment for the mind, body & soul.
We combine our love for wellbeing, nature and mindfulness to offer you a chance to retreat from everyday life, and join likeminded women to find a moment for peace, connection and relaxation amongst the trees. There is so much scientific research that proves being outside is essential for our wellbeing, and yet, despite robust evidence that nature is a crucial ingredient for a life well lived, so many of us still struggle to prioritise it amongst the busyness of everyday life.
Time spent outdoors, particularly amongst nature improves our physical and mental health, benefits our relationships, makes us more resilient, heck, it even increases our chances of living longer. These sessions are designed to allow you time to rediscover the simplicity of nature, the outdoors and time away from ‘life’ and ‘routine’ - a space to support your wellbeing.
This session is near the Summer Solstice, join us during these long summer days and embrace what is often seen symbolically as a time to turn inwards and find the nourishment needed to grow and evolve.
This 4 hour session includes the following offerings:
Welcome drinks
Gentle movement and guided meditation for relaxation - no mindfulness experience necessary, just an open heart and mind
Nature based wellbeing activities
Relaxation in hammocks
Chat and connection with likeminded women
Enjoy warm drinks, lunch and cooking around the campfire
Take time to walk amongst the trees
Time for journalling, reflection and inspiration.
Come on your own, or with a friend. Join in, find solitude, the choice is yours - this time is for you.
Our aim is that you have the space to unwind and replenish mind and body, cultivate your creativity, reduce stress and leave with a renewed sense of balance and harmony.

Rebecca Prior is a qualified teacher and Level 3 Forest School Educator, who has spent the last 6 years furthering her education and skills with a focus on nature connection, forest skills, eco-psychology, embodiment, resilience, mental health and neuroscience.
Pamela Moss is a Positive Psychology Practitioner, Holistic Life Coach and Meditation Teacher with a specialist interest in neuroscience and the mind-body connection. Her work is dedicated to educating and empowering women on their journey of self-discovery, helping them thrive and live a life with peace, purpose and joy.
