Dedicated to restoring balance and life harmony, our women's wellness events in Hampshire are all about nurturing your wellbeing and prioritising your self care. 

 

Since ancient times, in every culture, women have gathered together to retreat and support one another, and though we live in modern times now, the principals of having space for women to retreat, and find community and connection, form the foundations of all the events and workshops I run.

 

In today's busy and ever-changing world I believe women everywhere need this space to escape the strains of everyday life, reconnect with themselves, and recharge their mind and bodies.  With this in mind, each event is carefully curated to give you exactly what you need; space where you can be unapologetically you within a community of like minded individuals, who understand one another and, together, can take the time to disconnect, breathe, and feel renewed. 

Let us take care of you and discover how even a one day break can reset your mind and body, leaving you feeling rested and joyful.
